integrated approach means that our team are involved from end to end in the property development and investment process. This includes involvement in:

- design management

- procurement for and delivery of projects, including the coordination and integration of tenants and their individual fit-outs
- offering guidance and expertise regarding facilities management, capital expenditure and energy saving initiatives.

Whilst the design and construction division has a broad range of skills and capacity, their core focus and specialty is retail investment properties. Applying their expertise, they work closely with all tenants, both majors and individual specialty retailers, to support and guide them through the onboarding and fitout process.
