Leo Ostroburski is a dedicated and passionate property executive who has a wealth of experience in retail property investment and asset management, enriched by his background in capital transactions.

Leo’s experience has spanned the entire property investment continuum, and he possesses both a well developed understanding of each stage and the skills to deliver on all aspects of the investment process, from due diligence, to acquisition, management, leasing, development and divestment. He has an extensive understanding of the ever-changing retail property sector from both a retailer and landlord perspective.

Prior to joining Vinta, Leo held the position of Head of Property Asset Management & Joint Venture for Coles Property. In this role, Leo was the single point of contact for the Coles and ISPT retail joint venture and
had principal accountability for the management of targeted owners returns and key performance indicators. The portfolio includes over 250,000 sqm of retail space, tenanted by over 700 retailers.

Leo  managed the Property Asset Management team for three years. The team of 30 plus included funds management, property management, facilities management, marketing, leasing and tenancy coordination streams.

Throughout his career, Leo has demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining strong business and inter-personal relationships which have shaped him into an experienced property all rounder, with the ability to establish and lead high performing teams.
