Vinta entered the New Zealand commercial property market in 2001. Over the last 15 years we have acquired a high quality portfolio of commercial assets valued at over $170 million, consisting of three commercial office towers and an Auckland shopping centre.

Today, Vinta continues to own and manage our core portfolio of Wellington CBD office properties in 33 Bowen St, 110 Featherston St, and 13-27 Manners St as well as Hunters Plaza Shopping Centre in Auckland. The commercial portfolio provides an average lease term of 9.78 years* generated through Crown leases and supplemented by additional blue chip corporate tenants.
Vinta will look for further growth opportunities through new acquisitions that complement the quality of the existing portfolio to deliver long term stable income returns with a focus on capital preservation.
